The Staufix FKA backflow preventer from KESSEL is the premium solution for protecting drainage systems located below the backflow level. Under normal operating conditions, the shut-off valves remain open, ensuring the free flow of wastewater. In the event of backflow, the optical sensor detects the rising water level and automatically activates the motorized shut-off valve. An additional mechanical emergency shut-off valve provides maximum safety. The convenient control unit offers comprehensive monitoring and diagnostic functions, including a logbook, USB interface, and GSM connectivity. Thanks to the modular KESSEL system, the unit can be expanded to include the Pumpfix F backflow pumping system if required.
